Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in event management or related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency with event management tools and software
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required

Job Duties

  • Own global events strategy and calendar
  • Act as custodian of event experience including booth design and narratives
  • Partner with senior segment marketers and PR to prioritize events and execute plans
  • Lead design and delivery of Customer Advisory Boards
  • Ensure consistency of event experience globally with local tailoring
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines
  • Collaborate with product marketing and revenue teams for event engagement
  • Define and track event KPIs and report on ROI
  • Continuously refine event execution based on feedback
