Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in event management or related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency with event management tools and software
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
- Willingness to travel internationally when required

- Strong strategic planning and execution skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, PR, product, and revenue teams
- Experience in budget management and vendor coordination

Job Duties
- Own global events strategy and calendar
- Act as custodian of event experience including booth design and narratives
- Partner with senior segment marketers and PR to prioritize events and execute plans
- Lead design and delivery of Customer Advisory Boards
- Ensure consistency of event experience globally with local tailoring
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with product marketing and revenue teams for event engagement
- Define and track event KPIs and report on ROI
- Continuously refine event execution based on feedback
