Job Duties
- Filter and prioritize high volume event requests via email and work order systems to create efficient schedules
- Manage, schedule, and lead a team of nine events staff, overseeing timesheets and time-off requests
- Ensure accurate and timely event setups according to client diagrams across 73 campus buildings, including furniture placement, tablecloths, and stage skirting
- Track inventory of event supplies such as tables, chairs, and tablecloths and coordinate ordering and purchasing requests using Coupa
- Serve as primary point of contact for university clients, maintaining availability and providing prompt responses to inquiries
- Monitor and measure performance based on customer satisfaction surveys focused on delivery accuracy and timely breakdown of materials
