Job Duties

  • Filter and prioritize high volume event requests via email and work order systems to create efficient schedules
  • Manage, schedule, and lead a team of nine events staff, overseeing timesheets and time-off requests
  • Ensure accurate and timely event setups according to client diagrams across 73 campus buildings, including furniture placement, tablecloths, and stage skirting
  • Track inventory of event supplies such as tables, chairs, and tablecloths and coordinate ordering and purchasing requests using Coupa
  • Serve as primary point of contact for university clients, maintaining availability and providing prompt responses to inquiries
  • Monitor and measure performance based on customer satisfaction surveys focused on delivery accuracy and timely breakdown of materials
