Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in hospitality or event operations
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead the setup, service, and breakdown of all private events, member functions, golf outings, and banquets
  • Review and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and event timelines to ensure accuracy and readiness
  • Conduct pre-event staff briefings to communicate service expectations and assignments
  • Monitor service flow and make real-time adjustments to ensure event success
  • Supervise and direct banquet staff during events
  • Assist in training banquet staff in service standards and event procedures
  • Serve as the operational liaison between Culinary, Housekeeping, Bar, and Grounds teams for event logistics
  • Ensure efficient service timing and coordination with the kitchen
  • Maintain event spaces, décor, and presentation to club standards
  • Inspect linens, glassware, and service equipment before events
  • Complete post-event reporting and labor summaries
  • Complete banquet scheduling
  • Maintain banquet inventory such as linens, décor, and equipment
  • Provide assistance in Member Dining during peak periods or special events
