Job Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in hospitality or event operations
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead the setup, service, and breakdown of all private events, member functions, golf outings, and banquets
- Review and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and event timelines to ensure accuracy and readiness
- Conduct pre-event staff briefings to communicate service expectations and assignments
- Monitor service flow and make real-time adjustments to ensure event success
- Supervise and direct banquet staff during events
- Assist in training banquet staff in service standards and event procedures
- Serve as the operational liaison between Culinary, Housekeeping, Bar, and Grounds teams for event logistics
- Ensure efficient service timing and coordination with the kitchen
- Maintain event spaces, décor, and presentation to club standards
- Inspect linens, glassware, and service equipment before events
- Complete post-event reporting and labor summaries
- Complete banquet scheduling
- Maintain banquet inventory such as linens, décor, and equipment
- Provide assistance in Member Dining during peak periods or special events
