Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years experience in event management or related field
- or 2-year degree from accredited university in related major
- at least 1 year experience in event management
- excellent communication skills

- 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major

Job Duties
- Prepare all event documentation
- coordinate with sales, property departments, and customers
- manage group room blocks and meeting space
- ensure billing accuracy and conduct bill reviews
- greet customers and transition event execution to operations team
- identify and resolve operational challenges
- lead pre- and post-event meetings
- participate in customer site inspections
- communicate event details verbally and in writing
- follow up with customers post-event
- respond to and handle guest complaints
- up-sell products and services
- assist in sales process and revenue forecasting
- review guest satisfaction and provide feedback
- implement corrective action plans
- solicit feedback to improve event experiences
