Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in event planning and execution
  • strong budget management and P&L ownership
  • excellent project management, communication, and vendor negotiation skills
  • ability to manage multiple projects across cities with high attention to detail
  • a cool head under pressure and a passion for crafting amazing in-person experiences
  • a collaborative mindset and a "make it happen" attitude
  • willingness to travel between San Antonio and Austin as needed

Job Duties

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and production of flagship events across two dynamic cities
  • ensure each event meets revenue goals, hits timelines, and leaves a lasting impression
  • manage budgets, contracts, timelines, and logistics
  • work with sales, marketing, editorial, and sponsors to build strategic experiences that drive attendance and engagement
  • oversee event execution from kickoff to teardown
  • track KPIs, gather insights, and elevate every event year after year
