Job Requirements
- Minimum post secondary education
- 2-3 years of related sales or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong mathematical skills
- Experience in building and maintaining business relationships
- Excellent problem solving and organizational abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of wines is preferred
- Availability to work on weekends

Job Duties
- Supporting and managing existing client base through answering inquiries in timely fashion and managing incoming event requests
- Accurately produce and review all sales contracts, rate agreements, and banquet event orders
- Arrange and conduct special events, site inspections, and off-site presentations for potential clients
- Entertain clients in accordance with established company and estate policies and guidelines
- Maintain client files and update information as and when needed in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures
- Follow up with guests regularly during and after departure to ensure satisfaction and secure future bookings
- Overseeing setup, execution, and closing of events
- Custom designed menus/maps and signage to work within the brand imaging
- Assist with the execution of monthly themed, daily executed public food and wine pairing to ensure profitability
- Assisting with billing and accounts receivables for internal and private events
- Responsible for all non-retail inventory working within par stock provided
- Act as manager-on-duty and oversee staff and operations
- Bank deposits, coin orders, tills
- Utilize organizational documents and support organizational systems to provide consistency in daily business operations
- Any other duties assigned by estate managers
