Job Duties

  • Prepare event documentation
  • coordinate with sales and property departments
  • ensure seamless event operations
  • manage billing accuracy and review final bills with clients
  • oversee group room blocks and meeting spaces
  • act as liaison between field salesperson and customer
  • conduct pre- and post-event meetings
