Job Duties
- Prepare event documentation
- coordinate with sales and property departments
- ensure seamless event operations
- manage billing accuracy and review final bills with clients
- oversee group room blocks and meeting spaces
- act as liaison between field salesperson and customer
- conduct pre- and post-event meetings
