Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- ensures events progress seamlessly by following established procedures
- greets customer during event phase and hands off to event operations team
- adheres to all standards, policies, and procedures
- ensures billing accuracy and conducts bill reviews with clients
- manages group room blocks and meeting space
- identifies operational challenges and develops solutions
- integrates current trends in event management and design
- acts as liaison between salesperson and customer
- participates in customer site inspections
- performs other duties as assigned
- delivers excellent customer service
- empowers employees to provide excellent customer service
- sets positive example for guest relations
- communicates event details verbally and in writing
