Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience planning and executing events
- comfortable working on a flexible schedule including occasional evenings
- proficient with Google suite and Microsoft Office
- experience creating digital and print marketing materials in Canva
- physical ability to move equipment and furniture up to 50lbs regularly

- experience as an event coordinator or manager at a luxury hotel or upscale event venue

Job Duties
- ensure flawless event set up and execution
- coordinate event breakdown with building resources and team support
- liaise with onsite food and beverage operators to maintain high catering standards
- provide exceptional customer service to event guests
- develop and host engaging tenant event programming
- manage annual tenant events budget and track event performance
- own booking process for all tenant event spaces including outdoor areas and sports courts
- create marketing collateral using Canva to promote events and spaces
- build and sustain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
- support vendor management and expand vendor network
