Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and manage approximately 125 events annually across the U.S., ranging in size from 15 to 500 attendees
- Utilize Cvent, Salesforce, and Zoom for event planning, registration, tracking, and execution
- Align with key stakeholders, business objectives, and audience expectations
- Partner with colleagues to support the planning, development, and execution of various events including conferences, breakfasts, luncheons, cocktail receptions, dinners, sporting events, and sponsorships
- Manage both in-person and virtual event platforms
- Source and evaluate venues
- Negotiate contracts with hotels and vendors including food, beverage, decor, audio-visual, entertainment, and transportation
- Review and approve banquet event orders ensuring accuracy and alignment with objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed event budgets with cost-control strategies
- Oversee invitation process including content, proofreading, design coordination, and delivery
- Collaborate with a team of approximately 10 cross-functional employees to maintain brand standards
- Travel to and attend select regional and national events for on-site execution and engagement
- Stay current on hospitality, travel, and industry trends
