Job Duties
- oversee banquet and event operations to ensure flawless execution
- coordinate between culinary, service, sales, and operations teams
- manage private and public events from concept through completion
- create and implement training plans for events staff
- ensure staffing levels are appropriate for event scale and service style
- manage financial aspects including budgets, payroll, and expenses
- maintain vendor relationships and ensure policy adherence
