Job Duties

  • oversee banquet and event operations to ensure flawless execution
  • coordinate between culinary, service, sales, and operations teams
  • manage private and public events from concept through completion
  • create and implement training plans for events staff
  • ensure staffing levels are appropriate for event scale and service style
  • manage financial aspects including budgets, payroll, and expenses
  • maintain vendor relationships and ensure policy adherence
