Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Able to pass a drug test and background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of five years of event management experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in standard computer applications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and resolve issues promptly
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills considered an advantage

Job Duties

  • Manage security services and related operations for assigned accounts
  • Provide client service and resolve problems effectively
  • Enhance and expand security service offerings
  • Develop and maintain post orders and operational protocols
  • Staff, schedule, supervise, and train security personnel
  • Support new business development activities
  • Ensure compliance with all training and certification requirements
