Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience at a marketing or events agency
  • Seasoned expertise in project management, budget management, and event execution
  • Strong understanding of the LA market with existing brand and supplier relationships in the area
  • Experience managing both intimate and large-scale consumer events
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to provide clear direction and plan ahead for staffing and safety protocols
  • Ability to work well under pressure and provide creative solutions for onsite pivots or challenges

Job Duties

  • Managing ongoing retail and consumer events in LA, including local installs, photoshoots, and site audits
  • Leading event management from briefing to execution, taking full ownership of project timelines and budgets
  • Providing close consultancy during the creative process to ensure ideas are feasible within timeline and budget
  • Managing communications with print production suppliers to quote and produce gifting elements and print collateral
  • Identifying potential partners and localized insights in LA that align with our clients and their brand goals
  • Analyzing each event to note learnings and working with the Client Services team to implement process optimizations
