Job Requirements
- 5+ years event sales or management experience
- Proven background in executing on-premises events
- Strong customer service orientation skills
- Proven revenue and budget management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of on-premises event practices and procedures
- Ability to negotiate and sell clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Effective interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Creatively sell all event spaces in alignment with budgets
- Curate, coordinate, and manage designated events from point of contract to hands-on execution
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships and positive brand impressions
- Maintain correspondence and handle all details of events with client throughout event preparation and execution
- Utilize appropriate documents to create and maintain physical file for each event
- Create organized and detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for other departments to ensure smooth execution
- Work directly with Executive Chef, Winery Department, GM and FOH Managers to secure event needs for execution
- Schedule and conduct site tours with prospective and confirmed clients
- Find opportunities to upsell such as custom label wine and menu upgrades
- Create addendums for any contract additions
- Participate in weekly event production meetings
- Collect all payments and correspond with Accounting Department
- Oversee event set-up and introduce client to Front of House Manager(s)
- Be available for questions during event set-up and check in periodically
- Establish and maintain department filing system
- Maintain department resources such as menus, wine lists, and vendor catalogs
- Maintain working Banquet Event Orders in TripleSeat and communicate with departments
- Create and analyze weekly and monthly Event Department Revenue vs. Cost Report
- Perform other duties as assigned per business need
