Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in event sales or management or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proven revenue and budget management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to negotiate and influence clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Professional and effective interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Appreciation and general understanding of music, food, and wine business
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays if needed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Duties
- Creatively sell all event spaces in alignment with budgets
- Curate, coordinate, and manage designated events from point of contract to hands-on execution
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships and positive brand impressions
- Maintain correspondence and handle all details of events with clients throughout event preparation and execution
- Create organized and detailed Banquet Event Orders to ensure smooth execution on the day of event
- Work directly with Executive Chef, Winery Department, GM and FOH Managers to secure event needs
- Schedule and conduct site tours with prospective and confirmed clients
- Find opportunities to up sell custom label wine, beverage upgrades, and menu upgrades
- Create addendums for contract additions
- Participate in weekly event production meetings
- Collect all payments and correspond with Accounting
- Oversee event set-up and facilitate client introduction to Front of House Managers
- Be available for questions during event set-up and check in periodically
- Establish and maintain department filing system
- Maintain department resources such as menus, wine and beer lists, tasting notes, and vendor catalogs
- Maintain detailed working Banquet Event Orders in TripleSeat
- Create and analyze Event Department Revenue vs. Cost Reports
- Perform other duties as per business need
