Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Experience Design, Event Management, or related field
  • 2-5 years of proven work experience in event planning and management preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consumer-first mindset
  • Flexible and have the ability to problem-solve in high pressure environments
  • Proven ability to work effectively independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Comfortable and willing to travel 50% of the time in and out of state

Job Duties

  • Leading out on external event planning, logistics, and execution
  • Coordinating with third parties and internal brand marketing teams including BlenderBottle, Owala, and Oath Nutrition
  • Researching and securing permits
  • Helping lead execution of events, including interacting with consumers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal departments and teams
  • Supporting external partnership outreach
  • Managing and reporting on event performance budget
  • Regularly conducting post-mortems and reports to measure the ROI on each event for continuous improvement
  • Researching and identifying event opportunities for each brand
  • Staying informed about industry trends, events, and more to ensure brands are showing up in the right places
