Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience
- minimum 3 years in event planning and management
- demonstrated contract negotiation skills
- budget management experience
- vendor coordination and relationship management skills
- ability to travel up to 25 percent
- proficiency with Microsoft 365, Asana, Slack
- proactive problem solving skills
- strong organizational and project management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal ability
- able to work independently and manage competing priorities

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience
- at least 3 years in event planning and management
- experience in contract negotiation
- skilled in budget management
- vendor coordination and relationship management
- experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations preferred
- familiarity with Jewish communal life and organizational contexts a plus
- proficiency with Microsoft 365, Asana, and Slack
Job Duties
- Lead the planning and execution of flagship events such as the biennial Leaders Assembly
- manage event timelines, vendor relationships, and internal team coordination
- oversee event budgets ensuring fiscal accuracy and accountability
- develop and maintain the master calendar of organizational events
- serve as lead staff for designated events overseeing all logistics including venue selection and speaker coordination
- support and train staff in event management and logistics for smaller scale events
- establish and refine event planning processes and operational protocols
