Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years experience in event management or related field
  • or 2-year degree in related major
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
  • Experience in customer service
  • Capable of managing operational challenges
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years experience in event management or related field
  • or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with at least 1 year experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with event coordination and logistics
  • Ability to lead teams and facilitate meetings
  • Customer service oriented
  • Proficient in handling event billing and revenue forecasting

Job Duties

  • Prepare all event documentation and coordinate with sales, property departments, and customers
  • Ensure seamless transition and high-level service throughout pre-event, event, and post-event phases
  • Manage events of average complexity from planning to execution
  • Recognize and maximize revenue opportunities through up-selling and event enhancements
  • Act as liaison between sales and operations during event processes
  • Lead formal pre- and post-event meetings for assigned groups
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
