Job Requirements

- 1-2 years experience in event management or related field
- or 2-year degree in related major
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
- Experience in customer service
- Capable of managing operational challenges
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years experience in event management or related field
- or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with at least 1 year experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with event coordination and logistics
- Ability to lead teams and facilitate meetings
- Customer service oriented
- Proficient in handling event billing and revenue forecasting
Job Duties
- Prepare all event documentation and coordinate with sales, property departments, and customers
- Ensure seamless transition and high-level service throughout pre-event, event, and post-event phases
- Manage events of average complexity from planning to execution
- Recognize and maximize revenue opportunities through up-selling and event enhancements
- Act as liaison between sales and operations during event processes
- Lead formal pre- and post-event meetings for assigned groups
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
