Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- 1-2 years experience in event management or related field
- or associate degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
- at least 1 year of relevant experience required
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to provide exceptional customer service
- competency in event logistics and operations
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Duties
- preparing all event documentation
- coordinating with sales, property departments, and customers
- ensuring seamless pre-event, event, and post-event service
- managing group room blocks and meeting spaces
- leading pre- and post-event meetings
- assisting with sales processes and revenue forecasting
- reviewing guest satisfaction and providing employee feedback
