Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of verifiable experience in event logistics management
  • Proven team management and scheduling skills
  • Ability to present oneself professionally with clear and eloquent communication
  • Availability during nights and weekends

  • Proven ability to manage and schedule a team

  • Availability to respond promptly during nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Filter, prioritize, and manage daily and weekly event requests via email and work order system
  • Directly manage, schedule, and lead a team of nine Events Staff
  • Oversee time sheets and time-off requests for the team
  • Ensure all event setups are performed accurately and on time according to client diagrams
  • Track inventory of event supplies and coordinate orders through Coupa
  • Serve as the primary contact for university clients with prompt response to inquiries
  • Monitor quality assurance through customer satisfaction surveys focusing on delivery, setup accuracy, and timely breakdown
