Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in event management or related area
- Or 2-year degree with at least 1 year experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work full time on site
- Proficiency in coordination and documentation

- Ability to handle billing and financial tasks

- Availability to attend meetings and site inspections

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of event management experience
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Experience in customer service and event coordination
- Ability to lead and manage teams
- Proficiency in billing and financial reconciliation
- Capacity to solve operational challenges
- Knowledge of current event management trends
- Experience in sales support and revenue forecasting
Job Duties
- Prepare all event documentation and coordinate with sales and property departments
- Ensure seamless progression of events by following established procedures
- Greet customers during events and hand off to the operations team
- Maintain billing accuracy and conduct final bill reviews with clients
- Manage group room blocks and meeting spaces for assigned groups
- Identify and resolve operational challenges for event groups
- Lead pre- and post-event meetings to communicate group needs and feedback
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address guest complaints
- Coordinate event details verbally and in writing
- Support sales process and up-sell products and services
- Assist with revenue forecasting for group events
- Review employee performance and provide feedback
- Develop and implement corrective action plans
- Inspire continuous improvement through feedback integration
- Conduct site inspections and assist with sales as necessary
- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs
