Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years experience in event management or related field
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university
- At least 1 year experience in event management
- Ability to follow established procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Capability to work under pressure
- Willingness to collaborate across departments

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of experience in event management or related area
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major with at least 1 year experience in event management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- Customer service orientation
- Experience with event logistics and billing
- Leadership and team coordination skills
Job Duties
- Prepare all event documentation
- Coordinate with Sales, property departments and customers
- Ensure high level service during pre-event, event and post-event phases
- Manage group room blocks and meeting space
- Ensure billing accuracy and conduct bill reviews
- Lead pre- and post-event meetings
- Upsell products and services
- Respond to guest problems and complaints
- Participate in customer site inspections
- Collaborate with property staff to solve operational challenges
