Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, public relations, nonprofit management or related field
  • Three years' experience planning large-scale events
  • Ability to pass criminal and driving records investigations and reference checks
  • Valid driver's license and insurability under company policy
  • Ability to work primarily indoors
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, kneel, reach, bend, and lift objects over 25 lbs
  • Strong English proficiency for effective communication

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management or related field
  • Three years' demonstrable planning experience of large-scale events
  • Experience working in nonprofit fundraising or event management preferred
  • Proficiency with event management software or donor databases such as RE NXT or similar
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Adaptability to changing environments and schedules
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Knowledge of fundraising, charitable giving, and donor relations

Job Duties

  • Design and execute large-scale fundraising events
  • Build trust and collaborate with colleagues, vendors, donors, and volunteers
  • Manage event logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination
  • Utilize event management and donor database tools such as RE NXT
  • Adapt plans and solve problems in a fast-paced event environment
  • Communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
  • Support high-quality donor stewardship and engagement
