Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management or related field from an accredited university or college
- Three years’ experience of demonstrable planning of large-scale events
- Equivalent work experience directly planning events in a similar role may be substituted on yearly basis
- Must be able to pass screenings for criminal and driving records investigations, and reference checks
- A valid driver’s license and ability to be insured under the company’s insurance policy
- Ability to work primarily indoors using various office and janitorial equipment
- Capacity to stand for extended periods, kneel, reach, bend, and lift objects over 25 lbs
- Strong English proficiency for effective communication with staff, Club members, and families
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management or related field
- Three years of experience in planning large-scale events
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in nonprofit fundraising or advancement
- Proficiency with event management software such as RE NXT or similar
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communities
- Problem-solving skills related to fundraising and donor relations
Job Duties
- Design and execute large-scale fundraising events
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, volunteers, and partners
- Manage event logistics including vendor coordination and budgeting
- Utilize event management software to track and analyze event data
- Collaborate with internal teams to align events with organizational goals
- Adapt plans and solve problems dynamically during event execution
- Provide clear communication and guidance to volunteers and stakeholders
