Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in meeting planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Willingness to work occasional late nights and travel
- Previous experience working in the financial industry preferred
- Experience with V lookups and Mail Merge preferred
Job Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in meeting planning
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, self-sufficient, resourceful, problem solver with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with strengths in project and data management
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite especially Excel (including basic formulas and pivot tables), PowerPoint (including basic formatting), and Word
- Willingness to be a team player and consistently interact with peers, partners, management, relationship managers, and clients
- Ability to tackle any task, troubleshoot, and maintain a positive attitude and commitment to success
- Willingness to work occasional late nights and travel
- Preferred: 5 years of meeting planning experience in the financial industry

Job Duties
- Work independently on multiple programs and tasks to deliver event-related projects with different Meeting Managers as the lead
- Contribute to the planning and execution of events including venue research, data maintenance and integrity, internal and external communications, invitation creation, testing and distribution, manage air manifests and travel, attendee housing and registration, on-site staffing and support, post-event tasks such as inputting budgets and supporting debriefs
- Manage administrative tasks including review and reconciliation of reports such as RSVP, attendees, registration, dinner assignments, managing event supplies and shipping, premium research and ordering, and production of event materials like name badges, final accounting, and printing
- Collaborate with other planners on event data and analyses, assist in development and reconciliation of event budgets
- Manage air reservations and reporting while working closely with air agents on changes and deviations, create and manage air manifests, work closely with ground providers
- Deliver JPMorgan Chase & Co. event standards at every level
