Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of related cook experience
- excellent knife skills
- proficiency in all cooking aspects

Job Duties
- Ability to work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner in a high-pressure environment
- have experience on multiple stations in the kitchen
- ensuring that food portions and food presentation meets events standards
- must have excellent knife skills and proficiency in all aspects of cooking
- assists the culinary management team with food preparation as assigned
- maintains a working knowledge of food preparation for standard menu items
- maintains a clean work environment, including floors and passages
- cleans kitchen and equipment as assigned by the culinary management team
- assists in keeping all food storage areas, refrigerators, freezers, etc. clean and organized
- assisting the unloading of deliveries
- manage a team of 15 or more kitchen assistances
- work closely with event captain to create a positive client experience
- ensure sanitation standards meet city compliance
- work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- assist with set-up and cleaning operational areas
