Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Planning and executing marketing events such as trade shows, live demonstrations, and corporate dinners
  • coordinate logistics including shipping, registration, attendee tracking, and marketing assets
  • procure and manage vendor services including contract negotiations
  • provide onsite support
  • collaborate with executive teams to ensure internal and external participants are prepared
  • assist team with hotel and travel arrangements, such as booking hotel blocks
  • assist executive assistants with meeting planning during events
  • lead the events team in the planning and execution of world-class events
  • manage schedule, budget, and prioritization of assets across consumer and stakeholder events globally
  • maintain horizon planning for events 12 to 24 months in advance, regularly engaging with leadership to support prioritization
  • work with creative teams to deliver world-class activations that represent the Joby brand
  • drive continuous improvement of events to optimize resources and capture best practices
