Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college with a focus in Hospitality, Event Management, or related courses to receive credit
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Managing calendars and scheduling of meetings for the department
- Assist Events team with day-to-day operations and event planning
- Assist with vendor outreach, answer incoming emails and calls regarding events
- Assist with projects in the areas of event development and sponsorships
- Business and personal errands as instructed
- Help to review proposals for future events
- Research relevant information for potential clients, buyouts, and events
- Manage operational databases by inputting information, data, and records
- Other duties as assigned
