Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college with a focus in Hospitality, Event Management, or related courses to receive credit
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Managing calendars and scheduling of meetings for the department
  • Assist Events team with day-to-day operations and event planning
  • Assist with vendor outreach, answer incoming emails and calls regarding events
  • Assist with projects in the areas of event development and sponsorships
  • Business and personal errands as instructed
  • Help to review proposals for future events
  • Research relevant information for potential clients, buyouts, and events
  • Manage operational databases by inputting information, data, and records
  • Other duties as assigned
