Job Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in events management, marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in microsoft office or event management tools is an advantage
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required for events
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about event planning and coordination
  • Must pass background check and drug screen

Job Duties

  • Support the planning and organization of events, meetings, and other activities
  • Assist with event logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, and materials preparation
  • Help coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners
  • Contribute to event promotions and communication efforts, both online and offline
  • Assist in maintaining event-related documentation, budgets, and reports
  • Participate in on-site event support, including registration, guest assistance, and coordination tasks
  • Gather feedback and help prepare post-event evaluations or summaries
