- Proficiency in microsoft office or event management tools is an advantage
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required for events
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about event planning and coordination
- Must pass background check and drug screen
Job Duties
- Support the planning and organization of events, meetings, and other activities
- Assist with event logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, and materials preparation
- Help coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners
- Contribute to event promotions and communication efforts, both online and offline
- Assist in maintaining event-related documentation, budgets, and reports
- Participate in on-site event support, including registration, guest assistance, and coordination tasks
- Gather feedback and help prepare post-event evaluations or summaries
