Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event coordination or related field preferred
- Retail or customer service experience required
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders safely
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
- Must be able to maintain store cleanliness and safety

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and activities including face painting
- Facilitate and implement party add-ons like goody bags and balloons
- Communicate effectively with clients and store team members regarding event details
- Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and develop backup plans
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards before, during, and after events
- Assist customers with product selection and provide solutions
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experiences
- Promote and complete enrollments for Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
- Support Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unloads, stocking, and planogram maintenance
- Maintain merchandise recovery and store cleanliness
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- Interact positively and respectfully with customers and team members
- Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production
- Perform store cleaning duties including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom maintenance
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
