Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with event coordination or customer service
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Capability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
  • Must comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
  • Engage clients by creating fun and creative environments
  • Demonstrate and instruct craft projects and perform activities like face painting
  • Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
  • Communicate with clients and store team members regarding events
  • Complete administrative tasks including answering emails, making phone calls, and paperwork
  • Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create backup plans
  • Ensure client satisfaction and uphold company cleanliness and safety standards
  • Help customers shop and locate products
  • Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
  • Promote rewards programs and credit card enrollments
  • Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys
  • Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes
  • Participate in truck unload, stocking, and merchandise recovery
  • Support shrink and safety programs
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
  • Maintain positive and respectful interactions
  • Be cross-trained in custom framing selling and production
  • Perform store cleanliness activities
