Job Description

El Programa Hispano Catolico (EPHC) is a well-established nonprofit organization committed to advancing racial equity and social justice by leveraging the strengths and richness of Latine roots, culture, and community. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sponsorship outreach, corporate giving, or fundraising
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning or coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in the development of event timelines and schedules for each fundraising event
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials
  • Manage event registration and attendee communication
  • Organize support for speakers, performers, and special guests
  • Identify and reach out to potential sponsors
  • Develop sponsorship packages and materials
  • Research and identify potential corporate sponsors and individual donors
  • Cultivate relationships with prospective donors
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the board fundraising committee and executive director
  • Integrate strategic goals into event planning and execution
  • Support creation and distribution of promotional materials
  • Engage with community partners and stakeholders
  • Assist in setting up event venues
  • Provide on-the-day support including guest check-in and volunteer coordination
  • Gather feedback from attendees and team members
  • Assist in compiling event reports and fundraising metrics
