Job Requirements

  • must pass pre-employment criminal and abuse background checks
  • reliable transportation with valid automobile insurance and insurable driving record
  • ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • experience in event planning and coordination
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management
  • familiarity with electronic health record software
  • ability to use virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Google Meets
  • experience working with diverse communities
  • firsthand experience as a parent or primary caregiver preferred

Job Duties

  • plan and coordinate internal and external events
  • manage event logistics including vendors and volunteers
  • supervise events on-site to ensure smooth execution
  • maintain accurate event records and manage volunteer hours
  • conduct post-event evaluations and documentation
  • support standardized event request review and approval processes
  • assist with social media outreach related to events
