- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in event coordination or related field
- proficient computer skills including event management software
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- manage premium event space sales and bookings
- maintain updated private event calendar
- develop and implement marketing strategies for event spaces
- coordinate detailed event logistics including reservations and event orders
- build relationships with local restaurants, caterers, and event stakeholders
- conduct site inspections and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
- maintain strong ties with hotel sales departments and convention bureaus
- participate actively in professional networks and associations
