Job Requirements
- high school diploma
- 1 year work experience in related field or industry
- 1 year sales experience
- bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- proficient computer skills especially MS Office
- excellent organizational skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- source appropriate talent including brand ambassadors and support hiring of operational support crew
- train, mentor, evaluate, discipline, and support team and operational support staff
- assist with set-up and execution of events
- execute events onsite including weekends and holidays
- manage inventory supplies and distribute materials for event execution
- ensure staff punctuality, uniform compliance, and completion of reports including expenses and photos
- communicate with stakeholders regarding event execution issues
- facilitate last-minute staff coverage including personally covering shifts if necessary
- assist with post-event office administration including financial reconciliation, reporting, and communications
- prepare weekly reports including recaps, master schedules, coordination details, and payroll
