Job Requirements
- Work beyond normal office hours and/or work on weekends
- Ability to work irregular and extended hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to work and travel some weekends and handle significant travel during peak seasons
- Work at TTI Headquarters building at RELLIS campus in Bryan Texas
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years of experience in event coordination hospitality tourism or project management
- Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to complete work within given deadlines and timelines
- Ability to present information clearly and concisely
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Financial management and oversight skills
- Exceptional customer service
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years of experience in event coordination hospitality tourism or project management

Job Duties
- Coordinate event logistics including venue selection contract negotiation and vendor management
- Coordinate event registration platform databases and participant communications
- Coordinate event execution including audiovisual setups and catering services
- Assist in preparation of event materials with internal communications team including schedules signage and attendee lists
- Analyze post-event feedback and provide comprehensive financial reporting to stakeholders
- Assist Event Manager and Event Director with other duties as assigned
- Assist Business Coordinator with internal financial deposits and reporting
