Job Requirements

  • Work beyond normal office hours and/or work on weekends
  • Ability to work irregular and extended hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to work and travel some weekends and handle significant travel during peak seasons
  • Work at TTI Headquarters building at RELLIS campus in Bryan Texas
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two years of experience in event coordination hospitality tourism or project management
  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to complete work within given deadlines and timelines
  • Ability to present information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Financial management and oversight skills
  • Exceptional customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in event coordination hospitality tourism or project management

Job Duties

  • Coordinate event logistics including venue selection contract negotiation and vendor management
  • Coordinate event registration platform databases and participant communications
  • Coordinate event execution including audiovisual setups and catering services
  • Assist in preparation of event materials with internal communications team including schedules signage and attendee lists
  • Analyze post-event feedback and provide comprehensive financial reporting to stakeholders
  • Assist Event Manager and Event Director with other duties as assigned
  • Assist Business Coordinator with internal financial deposits and reporting
