Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in event planning, hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience planning events and working with diverse groups of people
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute social and educational events from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day
  • Coordinate with staff, volunteers, vendors, and service providers to make sure all details are taken care of
  • Develop and manage adult education activity guide, working with contractors to offer engaging courses
  • Act as a liaison between club management and members, providing support to activity and sports committees
  • Represent the club at events on and off the premises to ensure successful execution
  • Work with other departments to enhance the value of events and programs for members
  • Handle administrative duties such as preparing agendas, managing reservations, and tracking expenses
  • Assist with marketing efforts to promote events and classes
