Job Requirements
- high school diploma
- bilingual in english and spanish preferred
- minimum 1 year work experience in related field
- minimum 1 year sales experience
- availability to work thursday through tuesday including weekends and holidays
- computer savvy
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- flexible and adaptable
- valid driver’s license
- willingness to travel up to 25%
- ability to lift 40 lbs
- self-motivated and proactive

- experience coordinating and managing event operations and hospitality

Job Duties
- Source and hire appropriate talent and operational support crew
- train, mentor, evaluate, discipline and support team members
- assist with set-up and execution of events
- manage onsite event execution including weekends and holidays
- maintain inventory and distribute materials for events
- ensure staff punctuality, proper uniforming and completion of reports
- communicate with stakeholders regarding event issues
- facilitate last-minute staffing adjustments
- assist with post-event office administration including financial reconciliation and reporting
- prepare weekly reports including recaps, master reports, coordination and payroll
