Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • minimum 4 years of experience in event planning or marketing
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • calm and professional under pressure
  • self-starter with proactive work ethic
  • ability to communicate with external vendors and internal stakeholders
  • collaborative attitude
  • willingness to work occasional early mornings evenings or additional hours
  • willingness to travel for events
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • comfort with new technologies and event platforms

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • minimum 4 years of experience in event planning or marketing preferably within a professional services or law firm environment
  • exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • confidence in managing and communicating with external vendors and internal stakeholders

Job Duties

  • support the full lifecycle of events from initial planning through execution and follow-up
  • coordinate event logistics timelines vendors and deliverables to ensure flawless execution
  • conceptualize and help stage engaging events aligned with strategic goals and target audiences
  • research venues formats and vendors and provide recommendations based on event objectives
  • create electronic invitations manage RSVP tracking and generate attendance reports
  • develop and manage event budgets including cost comparisons and budget summaries
  • prepare and distribute event materials both digitally and in print
