Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- minimum 4 years of experience in event planning or marketing
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- calm and professional under pressure
- self-starter with proactive work ethic
- ability to communicate with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- collaborative attitude
- willingness to work occasional early mornings evenings or additional hours
- willingness to travel for events
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- comfort with new technologies and event platforms
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- minimum 4 years of experience in event planning or marketing preferably within a professional services or law firm environment
- exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- calm professional approach when working under pressure and tight deadlines
- self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
- confidence in managing and communicating with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- collaborative solutions-oriented attitude
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- comfort learning and using new technologies platforms and event tools
Job Duties
- support the full lifecycle of events from initial planning through execution and follow-up
- coordinate event logistics timelines vendors and deliverables to ensure flawless execution
- conceptualize and help stage engaging events aligned with strategic goals and target audiences
- research venues formats and vendors and provide recommendations based on event objectives
- create electronic invitations manage RSVP tracking and generate attendance reports
- develop and manage event budgets including cost comparisons and budget summaries
- prepare and distribute event materials both digitally and in print
