- One year of related experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer proficiency

- One year of golf course or private club related work experience preferred
- Flexibility with schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Job Duties
- Establish and maintain positive member relationships and execute new member onboarding process
- Build and facilitate the club's lifestyle content and social offerings including working with department heads to create a unified lifestyle calendar
- Collaborate with food and beverage department to create and maintain function sheets and event files for member and private events
- Attend events and functions to ensure proper execution
- Support development of programming to increase golf rounds, member visits, food and beverage revenue, and member satisfaction
- Facilitate development and execution of member communication plans including phone call management, weekly e-blasts, website updates, social media presence, and promotional materials
- Support development and implementation of retention strategies
- Communicate and adhere to the company's mission, brand, and core values
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
