Job Duties
- Serve as point of contact for clients and respond to inquiries by phone and email
- enter and retrieve information in computer databases to update records and reservations
- operate standard office equipment
- prepare letters, memos, and documents using word processing and other software
- transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile
- follow company policies and procedures and maintain professional appearance
- welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate and address service needs
- communicate clearly and professionally
- develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and departments
- report accidents and unsafe conditions
- move, lift, carry objects weighing 10 pounds or less
