Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 plus years experience in event management preferably onsite event planning
  • Strong interpersonal and engaging personality with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to pivot quickly and handle change effectively
  • Experience with managing large-scale events and logistics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word Excel and PowerPoint

  • Plan and coordinate employee events including large-scale meetups and weekly engagement activities
  • Manage logistical details such as room booking setup catering and AV capabilities
  • Create social experiences and support continuous engagement efforts for teams
  • Support special projects like super groups requiring conference space and event support
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
