Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to remain standing for long periods
- ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
- ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder
- experience in retail or customer service
- ability to interact effectively with guests of all ages and coworkers
- compliance with federal, state, and local legal employment requirements
- willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- ability to perform physical tasks as described
- ability to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience working with children’s events
- retail and customer service experience
- excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and nonverbal

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages to create a fun and creative environment
- demonstrate and instruct craft projects, perform face painting, and facilitate party add-ons
- communicate events with clients and team members
- complete administrative tasks such as emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- adjust plans based on client feedback and create backup plans
- ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- help customers shop and locate products
- provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- promote and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards
- assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and merchandise recovery
- perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- maintain professional and respectful interactions
- cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities
