Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sport marketing, administration, management or related field
- Experience in event coordination, hospitality management, ticketing, or sports/event operations
- Strong organizational and event management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and game days
- Passion for sports and fan engagement
- Ability to uphold USAFA and Air Force Athletic Department standards
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and game days
- Passion for sports, fan engagement, and premium guest experiences
- Understanding of standards befitting the USAFA and Air Force Athletic Department
Job Duties
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Falcon Alley Tailgates within The Hangar, premium group experiences, and special events
- Coordinate event logistics including space setup, catering coordination, guest services, and event flow
- Provide on-site event support and customer service
- Maintain accurate client records and provide reports and tracking for event participation and revenue
- Support game day operations, including management of hospitality areas and client greetings
- Support large number of community and special events annually such as youth sports tournaments and high school graduations
- Oversee facility rentals including contracting, oversight and final billing
- Assume a lead role for multiple special events, managing projects from start to finish including contract negotiation and on-site logistics
- Support sports camps and clinics operations including social media, community outreach, marketing campaigns, staff management, dorm supervision and night rec oversight
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
