Our work spans multiple verticals, offering innovative solutions via courses, live events, partnerships, and investments. Our foundation is built on core values such as inspiration, accountability, transparency, discipline, alignment, and a results-oriented approach. These values are integral to our hiring process and daily operations, inspiring every member of our team to contribute towards our mission passionately and effectively. Operating on a national scale with ongoing expansion, Cardone Ventures is at the forefront of entrepreneurial development and business empowerment, ensuring we deliver unparalleled value to our clients and partners.

The Event Coordinator at Cardone Ventures will play a pivotal role within our dynamic Events team, providing crucial administrative and logistical support as we manage a robust calendar filled with numerous events and workshops throughout the year. This role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is not only committed to maintaining event operational excellence but also proactive in improving processes for enhanced efficiency. The coordinator will collaborate closely with the Client Concierge team to ensure seamless alignment regarding event attendance and payment statuses, helping to maintain smooth, well-orchestrated events. This position requires a passion for event management combined with a solutions-driven mindset to address last-minute challenges with grace and professionalism. Beyond logistical tasks, the individual will contribute to the overall event experience by managing setup details such as banners, signage, and registration processes, ensuring all attendees are warmly welcomed and their onboarding experience is smooth and pleasant.

Success in this role involves taking ownership of event-day tasks, managing supplies and collateral, and supporting our CEO and President with various personal and professional needs. The Event Coordinator will be essential in controlling the flow of communication and process integration, handling a substantial volume of logistical emails, maintaining meticulous trackers and inventories, and training new hires on proprietary event technology such as the 10X event app. With at least two years of experience in event management, preferably backed by a degree in Hospitality Management or Public Relations, this role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually and is based onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Working at Cardone Ventures means being part of a company that values the future and growth of its employees, providing comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, a 100% paid gym membership, 401(k) matching, educational resource funding, progressive PTO policies, and innovative use of AI to enhance everyday workflows. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds. Join us to contribute to a fast-growing, visionary company while developing your career in a thriving, supportive environment.
