Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • retail and customer service experience required
  • ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
  • ability to remain standing for long periods
  • ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders
  • flexible to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
  • ability to communicate effectively with children and adults
  • capability to perform physical tasks such as bending and reaching
  • willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
  • engage with clients of all ages to create a fun and creative environment
  • demonstrate and instruct craft projects and activities such as face painting
  • facilitate and implement party add-ons to company standards
  • communicate event details with clients and store team members
  • complete administrative tasks like answering emails, phone calls, and paperwork
  • adjust event plans based on client feedback and needs
