Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college
- five years of relevant professional experience with trade show events and exhibits
- must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination
- U.S. citizenship required
- ability to travel as needed
- demonstrated professional experience managing shipping and receiving logistics including direct to site shipping, shipping to advanced warehouse, overnight shipping, and event to event shipping
- demonstrated experience working with major trade exposition companies including managing relationships, purchasing of materials and services, coordinating logistics, and related activities
- demonstrated expertise in customer service
Job Qualifications

- expert level experience managing shipping and receiving logistics including direct to site shipping, shipping to advanced warehouse, overnight shipping, and event to event shipping
- demonstrated expert level experience working with major trade exposition companies including managing relationships, purchasing of materials and services, coordinating logistics, and related activities
- expert level expertise in customer service
Job Duties
- use Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products at an expert level
- use Microsoft Office suite of products at an expert level
- gather requirements from stakeholders and work collaboratively within a team as well as independently on assigned projects
- take creative directions from stakeholders
- manage asset management systems at an expert level
- work with major trade exposition companies including managing relationships, purchasing materials and services, coordinating logistics, and related activities
- manage shipping and receiving logistics including direct to site shipping, shipping to advanced warehouse, overnight shipping, and event to event shipping
- generate detailed after-action reports for each event
