Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred
  • ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize
  • capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • willingness to adhere to company safety policies
  • professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • customer service experience preferred
  • understanding of hotel operations is an advantage

Job Duties

  • provide administrative support using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors
  • act as liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process
  • support various hotel departments including Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage
  • maintain professional communications and correspondence
  • assist with document preparation and data management
  • perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors
