Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, business, communications, exercise science, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination or event operations
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a polished professional client-service approach
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced corporate environment with high-profile clients
  • Experience leading or training team members is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Zoom
  • Interest in or knowledge of sports and fitness

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and execute private events, employee events, client-wide programs, and energy breaks
  • Welcome clients, guests, and employees, delivering warm, professional, platinum-level service
  • Maintain organized, clean, and fully stocked sports courts, recreation fields, putting greens, and related spaces
  • Delegate tasks and support daily operations across the team
  • Maintain team schedules and event calendars using Outlook and site planning tools
  • Administer first aid and activate emergency procedures when needed
  • Manage inventory, equipment logs, and maintenance needs for all recreational spaces
  • Partner with leadership to expand programming and update quarterly service menus
  • Conduct regular quality audits and contribute to ongoing process improvement
  • Create and maintain SOPs for all sports and recreational spaces
  • Support events requiring occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends
