Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- flexible work hours including availability on weekends
- customer service oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- experience in restaurant operations, catering, or event management
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to connect with a diverse client base
- professional and enthusiastic demeanor
- working knowledge of Tripleseat software preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Duties
- meet with clients to finalize event details including menu, floorplans, and timelines and communicate all planning prior to events
- be on site for events as scheduled by the team
- oversee all client menu tastings ensuring presentations and food quality exceed expectations
- assist event managers in increasing sales through exceptional guest experiences, local store marketing, styled shoots, and trade show participation
- interact with managers and culinary teams regarding menu development and event space setup
- maintain banquet event order (BEO) book for the banquet department and execute operational administrative needs
