Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • flexible work hours including availability on weekends
  • customer service oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • experience in restaurant operations, catering, or event management
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to connect with a diverse client base
  • professional and enthusiastic demeanor
  • working knowledge of Tripleseat software preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties

  • meet with clients to finalize event details including menu, floorplans, and timelines and communicate all planning prior to events
  • be on site for events as scheduled by the team
  • oversee all client menu tastings ensuring presentations and food quality exceed expectations
  • assist event managers in increasing sales through exceptional guest experiences, local store marketing, styled shoots, and trade show participation
  • interact with managers and culinary teams regarding menu development and event space setup
  • maintain banquet event order (BEO) book for the banquet department and execute operational administrative needs
